We are now over 30 days into the Infusionsoft Outlook Integration Beta and the response has been fabulous! We have over 50 Infusionsoft beta volunteers and multiple requests from folks asking to be added to the beta coming in daily.
Infusionsoft users have been requesting this functionality and the desire for it was evident when it was voted to the number 1 position on our Infusionsoft Ideas Portal. Our beta users can’t stop telling us how excited they are about the Outlook Integration features.

And, if that’s not enough to get you excited, then maybe this will get ya hootin’ and a hollerin’; we’re releasing additional enhancements to the current Outlook integration this week for our beta users. The newer features include support for including attachments and address book like functionality. As soon as we ensure the kinks are all worked out, we’ll release it to the remaining Infusionsoft users.

Thanks, Donna, for making this happen. Coming from another CRM that did have the Outlook integration was a little blow to the sales staff, but now that it is here I can say that Infusionsoft’s Outlook integration works MUCH better and has more benefits than the other, big-name CRM.
