Most would consider the last couple to be not worthwhile, but the lesson is about exercising a skill to stay on top of and continue developing your game. The critique of infatuated's note is in the same vein, looking at material, no matter how trivial it my appear at first blush, and asking "what do I take from this to step up my own game?"
