Customer service is a thing of the past and it is now just about the almighty dollar.  Granted, looking at my wallet, $2,500 is a big deal, to the services you were trying to use, you are just a number.  You mean even less to the &quot;Customer Service&quot; representative working for the company.  Do they get any more money if they book you?
