Interesting comment, I have seen plenty of posts like this one but you always have a refreshing way of putting things, RSs subscribed, thanks.
  • Nothing wrong with this, at all, people should get it more.
  • Dennis, thanks for taking the time to reply to my blog post on email deliverability. I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty getting your email delivered. We invest significant resources in our email deliverability systems and we regularly enjoy average deliverability rates in the 90th percentiles. We deliver hundreds and hundreds of millions of emails every year here at Infusionsoft. The suggestions I give above in my post on email deliverability are sound advice. The email deliverability landscape changes so quickly and frequently that a certain sending practice that has always worked fine in the past may now be hurting your deliverability percentages. I’m going to have my deliverability team connect with you directly to see if there is a coaching opportunity to help you get your email deliverability back on track.

    Thanks again for the post.

We would love to be able to get people to opt-in to receive our information but so many ISPs are blocking the emails coming from your servers that we can't get them their confirmation emails!

Our own people in our office can't even communicate with each other!

And sending us to read another article on our website doesn't help.

This obviously very frustrating and the fact that your own people say they can't do anything about it creates even more frustration!

I'd be glad to update this comment with a positive outcome if and when that occurs.
