It’s a Launch Party and You’re Invited!

April 5, 2010 | by Joseph Manna

Infusionsoft Launch Party - Send Your First Email Marketing 2.0 Broadcast! No jumping castles, cocktails or loud music. It’s not that kind of party … it’s a Launch Party. So what exactly is this all about?

As you know, we’re all about our customers being successful with their marketing. This week, we’re pulling out all the stops to make sure every single customer sees growth in their business, but also fully aware about where they are on the Double Your Sales Success Path. We’re going to pause many of the projects we have throughout the company to dedicate ourselves to getting you on the way to doubling your sales. Failure is not an option.

Last week, we reached out to users who are mostly likely to need help from us to get their marketing campaigns launched. Those people received an email, a voice broadcast and even a postcard inviting them to our launch party.

Our goal is to launch a record number of email marketing campaigns this week with our software. This is a bit challenging because we also experienced record growth in the company but it’s important that new users get all the support and help they need to see the leads getting nurtured, customers being welcomed and their business getting the bang for their marketing buck.

Here’s the deal, though. Not a catch, but you could call this our “hook.”

We only have a finite number of spots available to get hands-on guidance with sending your first email marketing 2.0 broadcast and blazing your way on the Double Your Sales Success Path. Reserve your spot now so we can help your launch your campaign and get results now.

It all goes down this week and we’re going to have data transition experts, marketing pros and lead conversion leaders on hand to make this worthwhile for you to get involved.

For the scope of the launch party, we want you to put all your other business plans to rest for only a moment and focus on completing the steps of the Double Your Sales Success Path. It’s illustrated below for reference:

Double Your Sales Success Path

We’ll provide up-to-the-minute feedback, ideas and links to all the resources and buzz about the Launch Party here on the blog, our Facebook and our Twitter.

See you there!

Congratulations to all of the new InfusionSoft Customers. I am thrilled that InfusionSoft os focusing on helping all of you use the software to the best of it's ability.

I do have one question for InfusionSoft though…where is the love for your long standing customers?

    We need help too…

I have been using InfusionSoft for 2.5 years and while I think all fo your training for new customers is wonderful for them, it is a bit frustrating as well. It would be nice to see some campaigns to help your long standing customers get on the right track also. Help us organize our hundreds of tags and campaigns and “Start Over” on the right track.

I can't speak for others but I know we just “jumped in full speed ahead” when we joined and now trying to stop and got back and redo things so we are “doing them right” is quite and undertaking. Some support from InfusionSoft would be very valuable in heading us in the right direction to pull the Double Triple.

    Just my 2 cents :)

Again great job in recognizing what your new customers needed and coming through with giving it to them.

Thanks, Cindy for the feedback. This “Launch Party” is tailored for new users, but trust me when I say there are a few 'veterans' so to speak that we're jumping in and helping, too. Our training and support resources are helpful for any user of Infusionsoft to refresh themselves on our terminology, best practices and new features that we've added since they've become customers.

The primary focus of these efforts to help our users understand the concepts of Email Marketing 2.0 and to confidently send their first email broadcast. If Infusionsoft users haven't done that yet — we highly, highly recommend they sign up and confirm their one on one appointment with our team.

I'll reach out privately to determine how we can help you best. Thanks for the comments, it's very appreciated. :-)
