InfusionCon is only four days away and we’re very excited. Next week, hundreds will join us in Scottsdale, AZ for our awesome user conference. I’ve packed all the details, maps and links to all the information attendees may need in this entry.

This year’s exciting user conference is hosted at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort in Scottsdale, AZ. The address is 7200 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85253.

When and Where is the Mind Meld Mixer?
The mixer will be on Tuesday, March 10, 2009. It will be held between 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Terraza. Look for the signage and Infusionsoft employees to direct you to the large tent behind the main pool.
When and Where is the InfusionCon hosted dinner?
The mixer will be on Wednesday, March 11, 2009. It will be held between 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Cypress Court. Look for the signage and Infusionsoft employees to direct you behind the tennis courts.
Do I need my ticket?
Tickets will ease the registration process, but are not necessary. Please be sure that you have confirmed your registration and attendance via the InfusionCon Web site. (You would need to click the appropriate link in the email to confirm.)
How do I contact the Scottsdale Plaza Resort?
For reservations or non-Infusionsoft related concerns at the resort, please contact the resort. Their toll-free number is 1-800-832-2025. As of this blog entry, we were made aware that the resort is completely occupied for the days of InfusionCon (10th and 11th).
Can I bring my laptop?
There will be complimentary wireless access provided in the ballrooms. Attendees do not need to purchase Internet service. To purchase additional services for your hotel stay, please contact the resort as indicated above. Additional power strips will be available at the registration desk. There will be a limited number of power outlets, so if you have an additional battery, bring it.
May I bring guests?
Yes, but they must be registered and confirmed via the InfusionCon Web site. This is to ensure we have proper quantities available for all guests.
What additional local resorts/hotels are nearby?
Due to the full occupancy at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort, we recommend that you consider these resorts, which are close to InfusionCon.

Unfortunately, we do not have special rates at these resorts.
What transportation or shuttle services are available?
The Scottsdale Plaza Resort has shuttle service from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) for $20 each way via reservation or courtesy phone in baggage claim, dial 40 to reach the resort. Optionally, local taxi service is Discount Cab at 602-200-2000. If you’re staying with another hotel, please check with them to find out about the availability of shuttle services.
