Not too long ago, we debuted Interactive List View as a way to help sales teams work through, update and take action on leads with greater speed and efficiency. We made it easier to perform common actions such as recording a note about a call, applying a tag, sending a quick email and more.

In the 2012 Winter Release, we introduced inline editing for Interactive List View making it even easier work through a list of leads. Now it’s possible to do things such as update an opportunity’s stage, enter a new phone number or even change a date on a custom field directly from Interactive List View.

We’re really excited about these changes and the time it will save for small businesses — specifically those with sales teams. Here’s a short video showing inline editing in action:
