Last night, we deployed an update to our clients which included many bug fixes, refinements and introduced several new features. We pride ourselves on providing software which can not only automate your marketing, but make the lives of entrepreneurs easier. In an effort to check the pulse, we’d like your feedback on the latest release and provide you with some info on the update.
The list of changes in this release have been posted on our Community. You may review it and share it with colleagues so you can breath a sigh of relief that we fixed a huge number of bugs. Your feedback has been incredibly useful in assisting us to make the best marketing automation software on the Web and liberate you from the pains of small business.
We know it’s been a while since we rolled out the ‘New Infusionsoft’ to our clients. We felt your pain such as certain buttons not working, follow-up sequences not firing and even performance issues. Internally, we all met and collaborated in cranking out a ton of bug fixes and refinements. We heard you loud and clear and we’ve committed to fixing our software before rolling out big new features. (There can be a fruitful debate over fixing bugs and new features… we’ll save that for another time…)
A few of quick wins in this release: 65 bug fixes, 10 refinements and 9 new features. A huge thanks go out to our Support team for properly documenting these issues and taking care of clients, our Systems team for keeping the sky from falling and our Development team for killing bugs and making headway in new features!
We’ve completely revamped our Opportunities (formerly, “Leads”) section of our software. We also deployed a new feature known as Buy Now which can be used by your sales team or your Follow-Up Sequence to inform prospects of a specially-packaged product or service bundle. I had a chance to sit down with the developer of this feature; I’m impressed by the value this provides for clients in automating their business and sales force. More information on these features will be posted this week so you can learn how to take advantage of these new features.
