Infusionsoft for Outlook is Now Free!

Infusionsoft for Outlook - Now Free for All UsersYou might have heard about our Outlook integration before. We’ve got good news for all our users who have been wanting to use it but haven’t yet. It’s now free. This is a huge benefit because many of our users use Outlook as their email client of choice. We’ve connected the worlds between the automation features of Infusionsoft and the familiar interface of Outlook.

The biggest feature of Infusionsoft for Outlook is the Sidebar.  The Sidebar is very powerful as it has the awesome-factor of Xobni, but with the horsepower of Infusionsoft underneath it. You can effortlessly add people into Infusionsoft, kick off follow-up sequences and add/remove tags from them. In addition, you can view all notes, completed tasks and files saved to their record. You can literally run all the daily functions you need directly from Infusionsoft.

Infusionsoft for Outlook is now available for all users to enjoy. You need an active Infusionsoft account, Outlook and administrative rights. Download the plug-in here. You will eventually need to close and restart Outlook to see it in action.

We’ve unlocked our advanced features to make using Infusionsoft with Outlook a real breeze. This will help users become more efficient with their tasks, follow-up and connect with their customers and prospects better.

We appreciate the support from our users to help us deliver on your request for an Outlook integration. It took many months, several beta cycles and tons of great feedback. We’re proud to have released this and we encourage any Infusionsoft user with Outlook to give it shot.

You might have noticed we gave this innovation a name – we did. Infusionsoft for Outlook is too powerful to just call it a add-on or integration. You can do just about anything you do with Infusionsoft on the web through Outlook. We think you might agree. :-)

Here’s a short video, lead product designer, Patrick Sullivan Jr., did to showcase how Infusionsoft for Outlook works:

Update: In response to a support inquiry, we wanted to clarify that we no longer bill customers who have subscribed to Infusionsoft for Outlook. You don’t have to do anything on your part.  :-)

This is great! How can we capture the incoming email from someone and attach it to their record in Infusionsoft?

Great question, Michele. To setup Infusionsoft so it automatically pulls in new emails and ties it to existing contacts, we have a help article describing it on our Help Center: http://tinyurl.com/2fznlpw . It take a minute or two to setup, but then you're all set. :)

I hope that helps. Let me know if you have questions.

Great! Thanks for this. One more quick question – some of our employees are Mac users and use Entourage. Any chance of this Outlook feature being created for Entourage?

We've been evaluating the demand for such email clients and have been monitoring the path Microsoft has taken with their Entourage app for some time. Our product management team is working to create great integrations for similar services according to demand. We're still at the planning stages for future integrations, so nothing's locked down yet. :)

Thanks for your feedback – it's great! :)
