Many of you know we care a lot about customer feedback and advocate for customers’ needs. Most of you who read this on the blog usually see that form of customer service from myself. Since our last maintenance release, we now offer the ability for customers to give us compliments, suggestions or share with us how to improve.
From within Infusionsoft, all you need to do is go to the Help menu and select Give Feedback to Infusionsoft. From there, you can indicate if you need help with something in the application or if you have feedback to share. Choosing Help takes you directly to the Fusebox and selecting Give Feedback to Infusionsoft gives you the platform to share your feedback.
How to Give Feedback to Infusionsoft within Infusionsoft.
While this new feature is dangerously simple, we are putting ourselves out there and wanting to collect your honest feedback throughout the application so we can help improve your customer experience as much as possible. No finding emails, no calling support, no disappointing responses (we hope)! We welcome any feedback you have about our app or your experience – even if it’s less than favorable or critical in nature.

We have an established customer advocacy team who will review feedback and deliver it to whoever can take care of or internalize your comments best. We hope this feature doesn’t result in only complaints (trust us, we know how brutal the software industry is), but will also allow you to tell us when we do well for you. This is all tying around our initiatives to capture the voice of all our customers.
Check it out; give us a comment or few whenever you’re using Infusionsoft. The feedback will eventually be simulcast on a screen or projected on a wall so anyone can be made aware of how you feel.
