As you know, we take pride in creating the best email marketing, CRM and e-commerce software solution for small businesses. In doing so, we also measure and track our progress through the help of Google Analytics, our software (obviously) and a couple other solutions. Well, I’ll share a nine top questions and answers that you’ve asked Google about when you landed on our website or blog recently.
“What is Infusionsoft?”
I chalk this top search term to convenience as people want to quickly see what the company is — according to Google. Infusionsoft is a software company based in Gilbert, Arizona that provides a monthly email marketing service for small businesses. Infusionsoft is an online service that improves the marketing and customer database for small businesses. Of course, for more details, head over to the website.
“Who uses Infusionsoft?”
Nearly 20,000 small business users choose Infusionsoft to run their business. These users include solopreneurs and upwards of around 25 employees or less. Infusionsoft users range across virtually every industry you can imagine (but not NSFW types). These entrepreneurs use the app at home, in an office or even while traveling. In other words, Infusionsoft users run their own business, actually have cash rolling in and they organize their growth so they can keep up with their customers and prospects.
“How to turn on Infusionsoft Outlook Integration”
We recently released Infusionsoft for Outlook, which is a plug-in for Outlook, to all users. The most awesome part about it … all users have it enabled. All they need to do is to download and install the plugin to their computer. Close and re-open Outlook and login. Download Infusionsoft for Outlook today!
“Can you use Infusionsoft as a CRM?”
Absolutely! A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database is the essence of Infusionsoft. Infusionsoft combines slick email marketing, powerful automation and simple eCommerce tools to make your business run smoothly and easily. The CRM is easy to use with up to 100 custom fields and many already built-in, all it needs is your customers and prospects. You can also slice through the clutter with ninja-like segmentation capabilities, so your marketing is relevant and specific to your audience. So, yes, Infusionsoft can be used as a CRM.
“How to create a registration forms in Infusionsoft?”
Opt-in forms, registration forms, sign-up forms or lead-capture forms. No matter what you call it, it can be done with Infusionsoft Web Forms. Infusionsoft calls these Web Forms and you can collect just about any kind of data you desire (but not financial data for security reasons) and store it within Infusionsoft. The Help Center is a great resource to help you with Web Forms.
“How do I upgrade my Infusionsoft account?”
Not everyone starts out on Deluxe. This is understandable as they build out their email marketing campaigns first before needing the extra capacities for email volume or e-commerce abilities. To upgrade your app, login to your application, click the “My Account” link on top, and click the appropriate button below to upgrade. If you have questions or need help, give our sales team a call at 1-866-800-0004.
“How to log in [into an] Infusionsoft application?”
The account creator would have received an email with their username and password along with the URL to their application. All Infusionsoft users have an “application name” which is how you access the app. If I had the app name “manna,” my login URL would be http://manna.infusionsoft.com/. Once you’re there, enter your username and password and you’re in.
“How can we connect order forms with Infusionsoft”
This question probably relates on how to host your own order form on your site. By default, Infusionsoft Order Forms are hosted by Infusionsoft. Because of this, customers go to a unique order page hosted within your application URL. This isn’t always desirable; users may wish to host their own order form for further customization and consistency for their website. To do this, view the source of the Order Form page and copy everything between the <form> and the </form> tags and paste it wherever you wish on your site. By practice, this will allow you to connect an Infusionsoft Order Form with your website.
“How to get top listing on Google/Bing/Yahoo?”
This question is a top hit on our blog for small business owners who do business on the web. Traffic for this search term goes to our blog entry on how to nab yourself a local listing across Google, Yahoo and Bing. Local listings, unlike paid search or natural results, you attract qualified prospects for businesses that serve local clients. In addition, Google provides business owners insights about their local listing and their response by location; it’s powerful data to fine-tune your local advertising.
I hope these top questions may have answered your questions. If you thought this was helpful, let me know in the comments and I’ll dig through our analytics more to see what mysteries there are to solve.
