We want to wish everyone a very profitable, rewarding and enjoyable 2010. We’re thankful for everyone who has helped us make 2009 a year that demonstrated the true power of small business and entrepreneurship.
We have a few big goals ahead of us in 2010, so the best is about to come from Infusionsoft. One of which is InfusionCon – our annual user conference that attracts hundreds of entrepreneurs to Arizona. We also have some exciting product enhancements coming out that will reignite the entrepreneur within. Finally, we also did very well by the results from of our recent 93% customer satisfaction rating that users rated us.
Today, as with many businesses, Infusionsoft’s offices are closed. But we’ll be back and open for business on January 4th.
I was able to get words from a few of the leaders on our management team reflecting on 2009 and looking forward to 2010.
Clate Mask, President & CEO:
“InfusionCon in March was a glimpse of our DVPM becoming a reality. The July shift in our business model was years in the making. Now, with a new training emphasis, a simplified product and a systematic pathway of success for our customers to follow in 2010, we are poised for a breakout year. I know that thousands of entrepreneurs are ready to crush it this year as 2009 has conditioned them to grow, and grow quickly.”
Adam Ross, Vice President of Sales:
“For me, 2009 was a pivotal year for Infusionsoft that has propelled us so much closer to our BHAG of being the QuickBooks of Sales and Marketing software. The year started off with a shift in our model to offer three different editions of the software thereby affording more entrepreneurs the opportunity to get into Infusionsoft. We then brought hundreds of entrepreneurs together for InfusionCon – a true reflection of how fast we’re growing. And if all that wasn’t enough we decided we needed to liberate and empower thousands of entrepreneurs every month and we switched our model once again in July to offer Infusionsoft for no up-front fee. Throughout all of this we were able to maintain growth year over year and manage our expenses to put us in a great position for 2010.”
JoAnne Ravielli, Vice President of Customer Service:
“In Customer Service and Support, 2009 proved to be a defining year. With a company-wide focus on wowing our customers through compassionate service coupled with a focus on product quality, you gave us your stamp of approval. We had the highest overall customer satisfaction rating 93% and the best “star” rating in Support, 4.5 out of 5. I would like to take a moment to thank all of you, our loyal customers, for the opportunity to partner with you and grow your business. In 2010, you will see a lot more engagement on our part. Our focus will be helping customers double their sales and be immortalized in our Double Your Sales Club.“
Again, we thank all of you for everything you have helped contribute to and we look forward to an awesome 2010. Really, 2009 had a lot of bad news in it, so now we’re motivated to make great news in 2010!
Cheers!
