I have never abandoned these early lessons one of which became my passion i.e., customer satisfaction.I was reminded of one of Mr. Hill’s many quotes upon returning from the conference. I believe that it’s a perfect fit for Infusionsoft as I witnessed at the conference last week. Thanks to all and special thanks to an old goal of yours, Clate, brought to fruition at the conference when you were able to inspire others by raising a nice chunk of money for Kiva which will empower a great number of entrepreneurs as Infusionsoft plays a big part in flattening the world! The Infusionsoft fit:It is literally true that you can succeed best and quickest by helping others to succeed. -- Napoleon Hill

Clate and staff,

Many years ago I was given a set of Napoleon Hill’s books on success by one of my mentors and applied his principals very early in my business life. I cannot thank you guys enough for putting on such a wonderful event and allowing so many amazing Infusionsoft customers to connect with each other. It was a fantastic experience - I even had someone mention to me today that they wish you guys would do them twice a year! I'm already excited for InfusionCon 2010, and I hope to see an even bigger turnout then!

Dick, those are some great suggestions!

Joe, it was fantastic to see you and the rest of the Infusionsoft staff at InfusionCon. Fun, fellowship, loads of learning and sharing. Hey - we're all in the marketing business, so it doesn't matter whether you are marketing sausages or legal services, we have things to share with each other. I have only 2 suggestions for InfusionCon 2010:1. Use multiple monitor technology with the projectors in the overflow room. All we saw was the speaker, even when he/she was directing the audience's attention to something on the screen in the live room. If that's what the live feed was, it would have been a very poor substitute for being present.2. Powerstrips in the meeting rooms so laptop users (such as I) can plug in and follow along by building action sets, etc. in their own application.GREAT JOB. Congrats to Clate and the gang for a job excellently done.

What a wonderful 48 hours InfusionCon 2009 turned out to be.
