... and once we can convince the other 95% of small biz owners that don't realize 1) that automation is available and affordable, and 2) they want it -- once we do that, we truly will rule the small biz space.

Do you have any thoughts on how we are going to do it?  Does "Crossing the Chasm" offer any insight?</description>
