I was just introduced to Infusionsoft yesterday by one of your excellent reps. I love the product and was amazed by the content of your book. I have been in the telecom and networking industry for 40 years. I now own my own Convergence Consulting business. You know what, most of the propaganda on CRM infers that small businesses understand why they need the bells and whistles. Your book finally broadcasts to the world that small businesses don’t have time to understand all that. They just want the pain to stop. Thank you for confirming what I have believed for a long time. If a person will tell you where it hurts you have a chance to truly help them. At the same time, you get the joy of helping them.
