Let's not forget all the other facilties one needs to keep your mental toughness on track and bullet proof. You cannot do it alone. As your analogy goes...it takes the whole team from owners, to management, to the coaches and players to make everything work. Mental toughness can only work if you are willing and capable of getting your whole team to believe and work together. And lets not forget the fans without whom there would be no team...go fans go! I am pretty tough mentally but have to admit to having a sore head trying how to find out how to buy your product? Maybe a bit too much yelling at TV? I will of course send in an e-mail to sales!
