I've come across some posts on the Infusionsoft board and other places online where people just don't seem to understand the relationship between sending practices and the long term deliverability of commercial email service providers. But as usual, you guys take the bull by the horns and have done an impressive job at trying to educate your clients about the importance of "not peeing in the pool."
