I missed the cancelation date due to a misunderstanding of your Terms by three days, I am European and use a different date format and am now not being issued with a refund for a product I am not using. I feel ripped off by infusionsoft. I tried to cancel the subscription via the interface supplied but could not, I found that I had to email your customer support and do it manually. By the time i did this I found that my money was not going to be refunded, for a company that relies on your image on the social media networks I think you will find that I will not be recommending you to anyone because of this experience, indeed quite the opposite!</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I recently found your support system to be ridged.
