We released an update for all Infusionsoft users; we hope you enjoy it. Our product management team would also like to share a few timely updates regarding preloaded content in your applications. In addition, I’ll share a note about our online community involvement.
We updated our software on Tuesday night with many bug fixes and introduced new features. You know, while you watched the election, we plugged away to improve the small business owner experience. A few quick stats from the top:
- 70 bug fixes, most of which were customer-reported.
- 3 new features. Read more about those on the FuseBox.
- Hundreds of happy customers as a result.
So far, we haven’t seen any major bugs as a result. A couple critters were found yesterday, but we’ll fix them tomorrow evening. Woo-hoo!
Are you thirsting for pre-loaded content in your Infusionsoft? Good news, we’ll be delivering this content into applications over the next few weeks or so. The content will begin to make its appearance in your application starting in about two weeks. (We had a few snags in rolling it out to all customers… it’ll be fixed soon.)
You can check out the new, inspiring overview of content that will be included in Infusionsoft applications, here [pdf].
Finally, here are a couple of my thoughts regarding our online community involvement. I’ll divulge that we have several big changes in the next few months with regard to blending customer support, community and communication from us. These changes excite me even more in improving your Infusionsoft experience, even if you’re not a customer yet. ![]()
The Infusionsoft Blog will be expanding with new contributors. I’ve rallied the troops, now I’m arming them with the ammunition they need to get their thoughts out to you. I’m pumped! These new voices will bring some new perspective in the scope of Infusionsoft. (We’ll also redesign our blog as it’s well overdue for a while now.)
I’d like to fill you in on these details, but they are all worthy of more dedicated blog entries on them. To stay close to the action, join Infusionsoft on Facebook, follow us on Twitter or subscribe to the blog for updates (look to the right side of the page).
Any thoughts, questions or feedback? Share it in the comments.

Where can we see the list of 70 bug fixes?
Were there any API updates? We are still waiting for ability to get assigned affiliate from a contact so that a commission can be credited on an invoice/order via the API.
Tim,
I am actually going though and compiling the list now. The delay happens because the big fixes are in developer jargon. This entails going through and auditing every ticket and providing a synopsis of the issue and the fix.
I wasn’t sure anyone even read those, but glad to see someone does…
I’ll post an update when I have the list ready.
Thanks,
Joe
Tim,
I’ve posted the list of bug fixes on our community. Thanks for the heads up!
