I just wish your contest provided an opportunity for *all* your employees - not just the males -- to do something creative and fun. What about a crazy hairstyle competition? or a Mad Hatter competition? Or the best Santa suit? At least those would allow for everyone to join in and get creative...My impression of your company, having viewed your management team, is that your management team needs a tad more enlightened inclusiveness -- and a whole lot more estrogen -- in management.
