We'll keep working hard to improve the solution so that we can empower more and more entrepreneurs to achieve their goals.Dharmesh--it was nice to hear from you. I'm a big fan of what you guys are doing. Would love to get together for lunch or something one of these days. And Cliff, great to hear your feedback as a CMAC (no rhyme intended). Since the launch of our CMAC program about a year ago (originally called the Infusionsoft Certified Consultant program), our partners have needed to be patient with us and tolerate a few bumps in the road. But I am confident you and rest of our CMACs will see how powerful this program will be in the years to come. I know how important great service partners like you will be to our customers in the coming years when we have hundreds of thousands of customers.Again, thanks for the comments, guys.

Thanks for the feedback, guys. From my perspective as a CMAC, you guys are definitely on the right track making Infusionsoft more accessible to the masses. As business development consultants our clients are entrepreneurs who work at the "30,000 foot level" in a very strategic way. It seems that by adding all the resources to your already great support team, more entrepreneurs can embrace the functionality and leverage that Infusionsoft offers. The WealthNet team is here to support clients who work at the most strategic level and enable them to get the most from what you and your team offer. Keep up the good work.

Clate, thanks for detailed update on your progress. Nice to see fellow software startups succeeding.Just a quick note: The "double your sales guarantee" link is broken (gives a 404/not-found) error.

Good stuff. I love the visibility we have here at Infusionsoft. I wasn’t always as comfortable as you with the amount of information we openly discuss, but your example has had a big influence on me and helped change my mind. Anyone who has toured our office knows the value we place on transparency and public accountability. Reading your post reminds me of some of the principles in the new Jim Collins book, How the Mighty Fall. Collins argues that teams on the way down shield those in power from unpleasant facts, fearful of penalties and criticism for shining light on the rough realities. Conversely, teams on the way up bring forth grim facts – “Come here and look, man, this is ugly” – to be discussed; leaders never criticize those who bring forth harsh realities. We are definitely on the way up!

Great post, Clate!
